In the Stellar network, an asset is specified by two pieces of data: 1) an asset code and 2) an asset issuer. This means that, in order to sell an asset, you need both the asset code and the asset issuer. An asset issuer is an account that created and first sent an asset. All assets (except Lumens) have an issuer. In this page, the asset issuer is already selected.
Price for 1 unit of the selling asset (see table title) in exchange for the counter asset.
Amount to sell of the selling asset (see table title).
In order to cryptographically sign a transaction to submit to the Stellar network, you must use your secret seed. We never store your secret seed.

The order ID is an identifier for the open order. The order ID is also called the offer ID.
An asset code is a short identifier for an asset. By itself, it doesn't mean much, though. It needs to be paired with an asset issuer, since every asset on the Stellar network is issued by some account.
An asset issuer is an account that created and first sent an asset. Every asset issued by an account also has an asset code associated to it. Together, these 2 pieces of data serve to identify an asset.
